Wij bieden voor ieder item een aangetekende verzending. Deze verzending kost 6.50 € binnen belgië , voor de rest van europa komt de aangetekende verzending op 8 €. Dit is voor alle bestellingen met een gewicht tot en met 100gr. Als je bestelling dit gewicht overschrijd en er een meerkost verbonden is aan de verzending zal u hierover ingelicht worden. We verzenden de bestellingen normaal binnen de 7 tot 14 werkdagen. Als je bestelde item niet op voorraad is bestellen wij het direct bij indien dit nog niet gebeurd moest zijn, en sturen je bestelling dan op zodra alles binnengekomen is. Indien het nabestellen langer dan 4 weken duurt word u hiervan verwittigd en krijgt u de keuze om te wachten op de nalevering of om uw bestelling te annuleren en het volledige betaalde bedrag terug gestort te krijgen.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE CLEAN IN THE CLEAR SEALED BAG THEY WHERE DELIVERED IN, OTHERWISE WE CANNOT EXAMINE THEM WITHOUT POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION AND WILL THEREFORE NOT ACCEPT THEM.

Om wille van de aard van onze goederen kunnen wij enkel artikelen terugnemen indien ze ongebruikt zijn en in hun originele verpakking zaten. Indien u bij ontvangst van de goederen, de goederen toch niet wil houden moet u ons binnen de 14 dagen verwittigen en de goederen terugsturen. De kosten hiervoor zijn voor eigen rekening. Ook moet u het terugsturen aangetekend doen omdat u verantwoordelijk bent voor de goederen terwijl ze in transit zijn. Bij het ontvangen van de terug gestuurde goederen zullen wij het volledige bedrag terug vergoeden en indien de juwelen mankementen vertonen en u ze daarom terugstuurde zullen wij ook het terugsturen van de juwelen vergoeden. Indien u beslist de goederen niet te houden of het is niet wat u besteld hebt mag u de goederen niet proberen of gebruiken en laat u ze in de orginele verpakking zitten voor het terug sturen. Indien er items bij zijn die u niet besteld had moet u ons binnen de 48 uur per telefoon of e-mail verwittigen, wij zullen daaropvolgend de vergissing rechtzetten en eventuele terugstuur kosten vergoeden.

If on receipt of the goods you do not wish to keep them you must inform us within 14 working days and return the goods within the 14 days at your own expense. You must also ensure that the goods are properly insured as you are responsible for them while in transit. On returning the goods you will be refunded the full amount of your order and if the goods are faulty we will be happy to refund the postage of returning them to us. If you decide you do not want the goods or they are not what you ordered, you must not use them and you must keep them in their original packaging until you return them. If any of the goods delivered are not what you ordered you must notify us by telephone or email within 48 hours of delivery and we will then correct the mistake and refund any postage cost incurred by you returning the incorrect items.
