SHOPPING INFORMATION

Shipping & Delivery

We will ship the goods within 3 working days after receiving the payment if all is in stock. If one or more items are not in stock, you will be notified of the estimated delivery time for these items. At this time you will be offered a refund or we can keep your items in backorder and send the order out when it’s complete. All jewellery will be packed in a clear sealed plastic pouch. We offer ensured shipping with Belgium postal service on all orders, on delivery a signature will be required.  The costs for ensured shipping within Belgium are €6.50, for Europe it’s €8.00. If the delivery costs for your order exceed this price due to it’s nature (bigger, heavier items) you will be notified. At this moment you can take the item that’s causing the extra cost off of your order or pay the extra cost.

Privacy & Security

The Pirate Piercing team does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Data collected by this site is used to:
A. Take and fulfil customer orders.
B. Administer and enhance the site and service.
C. Issue a unique identifier (e.g. customer login).
D. Monitor customer account status.
E. Inform third-parties for goods delivery purposes only.
F. Market only our goods to existing customers.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Prices quoted are VAT included except where otherwise noted. Prices may be amended without notice at any time, and you will have 7 days from notification to pay your order or 48 hours to cancel. We will not accept liability for any errors or omissions in the information on this site. In the case of over payment or an item being discontinued etc. we will refund you. Promotions and new products will be available from time to time on our website , you will also be notified via e-mail if you registered to our newsletter.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

Returns & Replacements

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE CLEAN IN THE CLEAR SEALED BAG THEY WHERE DELIVERED IN, OTHERWISE WE CANNOT EXAMINE THEM WITHOUT POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION AND WILL THEREFORE NOT ACCEPT THEM.
Due to the nature of the goods we supply, we can only accept returned goods if they are unused and in the original packaging. If upon arrival of the goods you do not wish to keep them, you must inform us within 14 working days and return the goods within these 14 days at your own expense. You must also ensure that the goods are properly insured as you are responsible for them while in transit. On returning the goods you will be refunded the full amount of your order and if the goods are faulty we will be happy to refund the postage of returning them to us. If you decide you do not want the goods or they are not what you ordered, you must not use them and you must keep them in their original packaging until you return them. If any of the goods delivered are not what you ordered you must notify us by telephone or e-mail within 48 hours of delivery and we will then correct the mistake and refund any postage cost incurred by you returning the incorrect items.

Ordering

By placing an order you automatically agree with the general sales conditions. Ordering is done in 4 steps. First step is choosing the items you want to order, and placing them in your shopping cart. When you found everything you wanted, you can proceed to the second step: checking out. You can check out as a guest or register with us. In the checkout procedure you can give us your shipping details, choose your preferred payment method, review your order and finally place your order. The third step is the payment, you can pay by wire transfer, paypal or credit card. The fourth and last step of the order is the delivery of the goods. This happens within 3 working days after receiving the payment.
